Inside the Villa on the ground floor you will find an attractive Entrance hall with winding stairway to first floor with French doors opening into an open plan lounge with patio doors with raised balcony area that over looking the pool area and dining area adjoining a new fully equipped kitchen.  From the dinning area there is a door leading onto another raised balcony that over looks the patio area with steps from the balcony area with a path way leading to the pool area. Additionally downstairs is a  wc. Upstairs the air- conditioned master double bedroom and en-suite bathroom and leads onto a large sun terrace with beautiful sea views. A fully fitted bathroom and a further 2 twin air conditioned bedrooms each with its own balcony can also be found on the first floor. All the bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and have been furnished to a high standard.

A private 9 x 4 mtr pool and pool side furniture with paved terrace and lighting is attached to the villa.

A large Patio alfresco dining area with seating for 6 ideal for summer drinks and BBQ’s

Upstairs is a very large balconied sun terrace for extra privacy.

The Villa has a long driveway and beautiful wrought iron gates so is a very safe and private place for children.

A linen and cleaning service is available, our Villa is managed locally so there is someone available seven days a week to help you in any way they can.

Along the northern coast stretch the pine-clad Kyrenia Mountains sloping gently to the warm and tranquil waters of the Mediterranean. This mountain range in Northern Cyprus extending east to west for about 100 miles (160 km) from Cape Andreas, on the Karpas Peninsula which has miles of Golden unspoilt sand and crystal clear & pure waters. The mountain range reaches a maximum height of 3,360 feet (1,024 m) at Mount Kyparissovouno.

Situated near the Villa you will find Mini Mart 10 mins walk, Restaurants 10 mins walk, Hotel Beach 10 mins walk, 2 x Large Supermarkets 2kms, Kyrenia Town 3kms. Aqua Water Park 5 mins Drive

Alagadi Turtle Beach lies still further east, about 10 miles from Kyrenia and you do not need to pay the entrance fee there. After heading east out of the town passing Karakum some miles further you will spot huge sign of Vogue Beach and Acapulco Holiday Resort at the junction on the left. Turn left from the main road and follow the sign. After passing Acapulco on the left the way will lead you to the working place of Alagadi Turtle Beach Project, the sign is directed to your left. A hundred yards or so past St. Kathleen’s restaurant is a small bridge. A rough track will then lead you past a farm and through the dunes to a large, sweeping double sandy bay. Alagadi is a sandy beach and the water is shallow up to a well distance. You will find a small island there, but approach with care as the sea surface in its surroundings is a bit rocky and rough. It is common that visitors coming to this beach take their own sun shade, or refreshment. The facilities are limited but there is Green Turtles Beach Bar which is operating during summer and you will find also toilets there. Avoid leaving litter for it is on this beach where the green and loggerhead turtles come and lay their eggs in the summer. During the egg-laying season the beach area for sitting on is marked out with red painted skates.

Kyrenia town and harbour during the day is sleepy and relaxed, then as sunset beckons the harbour magically transforms as locals take their evening stroll and the cafes and restaurants facing the sea prepare for their evening trade.

Kyrenia harbour reminds you of the Mediterranean of your childhood. Kyrena castle stands proud as a testament to the Byzantines who built it. This is truly Cyprus at its unspoilt best l

In Kyrenia harbour  for a small price you will be able to take a days boat trip out in to clear Mediterranean sea, were you more up and you will be able to swim and sunbath in the tranquil sea were you will be treated to a lavish lunch, one particular boat is owned by a friend of ours, if you wish to spend a lazy relaxed day you can speak to Gengis and his boat is the first boat as you walk in to the harbour.   Boat Excursions
